OUR REALITY
The defining feature of our business is its “reverse”, or supply-driven, operating model. Unlike traditional companies, where production and supply respond to customer demand, our process begins with the materials that arrive for sorting. In other words, it is the incoming supply that dictates production — not the other way around.
We do not produce based on customer requests; instead, we identify the right customer for every available product. This approach demands constant flexibility, strong market insight, and the ability to align each item with the right client — whether it’s off-season stock, specialized goods, or large volumes of a single product type.
At the heart of our process lies the dynamic management of sorting criteria and pricing, allowing us to swiftly respond to changing market needs. Our guiding principle is simple yet powerful: delivering the right product to the right market, at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price. This is the foundation of our efficient supply chain. In practice, we rely on extensive reporting, analysis, and trend monitoring to optimize the flow of goods and maximize the value of all available materials. Supporting these efforts are specialized departments such as Financial Control and Software Development, whose expertise in data collection and management is essential to the entire system.
This approach ensures optimal resource utilization while maintaining a sustainable and adaptable business model.
Every day, 50+ tons of textiles move through our sorting center, directed across multiple channels — some departing by truck, others by container, with certain shipments scheduled months in advance. Precision at the early stages is critical, as any delay or inaccuracy can disrupt the entire flow, ultimately affecting customers in 30+ countries across 5 continents.
Working at Eurotex is both demanding and deeply meaningful. For those seeking challenge and growth, it offers the chance to engage in dynamic, globally significant processes tied to the circular economy and sustainable resource management — topics that remain highly relevant and urgent worldwide.
